A Day in Your Courts!

"For a day in thy courts [is] better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. For the LORD God [is] a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good [thing] will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. O LORD of hosts, blessed [is] the man that trusteth in thee."

  Psalm 84:10-12

Have problems...need healing?  Just one day in His court where one can find mercy and help in time of need...relationship, friendship, correction, direction and more is better than a life lived over three years or a thousand days.  For He is our light and our protection.  He will give us grace and will not withhold any good thing from those who are righteous...for the one who trusts in Him.  Why trust?  Because he is a good God who will withhold no good thing from us.  Does that mean there will never be suffering or pain?  No.  But He is still our healer and provider...our help in time of need and if a day in His courts is better than the best the world has to offer, then what would it be like if we spent each day with Him?

"Father, our Abba Daddy who loves and adores us, you are the bread of life and the living water.  You will withhold nothing good from us, but like when my Mom said 'It's character building...it will be good for you', I didn't like the process but I know you are looking at the end result...and you are a God who likes to get results!  Like clay in the hands of the potter, we submit to you this day for you to mold in us every good and perfect gift so we can be a good and perfect gift to the world.  You are better than anything I could imagine as good.  You are my light, my healing...my help.  May we be life to those who are dying and light to those in darkness.  Sanitize us...cleanse us.  You are so incredibly awesome and wonderful and we love you ever so much our wonderful God.  Love you..."
